Your test results will be sent straight to your email or added to your LabCorp patient portal. Keep them for your personal records, or share them with your preferred healthcare provider.

For an annual fee of $170, you can sign up for our Concierge Service and unlock unlimited consultations with our team of board-certified providers. Your assigned specialist will walk you through every part of your lab work, answer any questions you may have, and develop a custom treatment plan based on your results.

Lab results turnaround time can vary depending on the laboratory processing times. Typically, results are available 7-10 business days and our team will notify you as soon as they become available.

Once your purchase is complete, our physicians will create a form that requests your specific tests from our friends at LabCorp. This requisition form is necessary to proceed with testing, and you will receive an email with your LabCorp Requisition form within 1-3 business days. Contact your local LabCorp lab to schedule an appointment, then print out the LabCorp requisition and bring it along with a valid driver’s license to your LabCorp appointment.

Eligibility for hormone replacement therapy will be assessed after we receive your bloodwork results, and our medical team completes their evaluation. Factors such as symptoms, current medications, age, medical history, and hormone levels will be considered in determining protocols.

Test samples will be collected at your local LabCorp. Once you receive your lab requisition form from our providers, you can schedule an appointment and have your samples collected at LabCorp.

No, you have already paid for the lab services through Transcend. LabCorp should not request any additional payment or insurance information from you at the time of service.

To ensure accurate results, please follow these guidelines:

  • Fast for 10-12 hours before the test, and consume only water.
  • Take all medications prescribed for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension in the morning of the blood draw.
  • If you take oral hormones, take them at least 4 hours before your blood draw.
  • If you use injectable hormones like testosterone, schedule your blood draw at least four days after your last injection.

These lab panels are private pay and not eligible for coverage by health insurance.

You can expect to receive your blood test results within 7-10 business days.

When your results are ready, you'll get an email notifying you that they have been uploaded to your patient account. To access your results, you will need to create an account with LabCorp. Please click on the following link to create your account: LabCorp Patient Portal.

Results will be sent to the email you provide at checkout, so you can share them with your general practitioner or other healthcare specialist. If you’d like one of our wellness experts to review your results and develop a treatment plan based on your panel, you must first sign up for our concierge health service here, after which you’ll be assigned a wellness specialist and your ongoing wellness plan will begin!

You may cancel your order if the requisition form has not been used. For clarity, a requisition form is considered "used" when you have presented it to a laboratory facility (such as Labcorp) and begun any testing procedures (including but not limited to blood draws, specimen collection, or other diagnostic testing). Once the requisition form has been used as described above, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
