Full Body Muscle Building Program

A full body muscle building program designed to continuously challenge you over a 12 week period. MAPS Anabolic requires 2-3 weight lifting sessions per week, with active rest and recovery days included. The 12 week program is broken into four segments to ensure you never get bored and continue to see progress week after week. 

Equipment Needed

Squat rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Adjustable bench, Resistance bands. This program also comes with an At Home version that can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
