MAPS Performance is an enhanced plan designed to help you build the four essential pillars of fitness: Raw strength, explosive strength, reactive strength, and endurance strength. Split across four phases, each 2-3 week phase is planned with foundational workouts and mobility sessions on your off day to help you build your fitness level to peak performance. 

Equipment Needed

Squat rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Adjustable bench, Resistance bands, (Kettlebells optional). This program also comes with an At Home version that can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
